CHEF (m/f)

“From the sea to the plate” is not just a philosophy we live by every day, but a living culinary experience – created from local and seasonal ingredients and brought to life in dishes that tell the story of Istria and the Adriatic. We are therefore looking for an experienced Chef (m/f) who will contribute to our story with their expertise, creativity and personality.

We are looking for a candidate who:

  • is passionate about their profession and is not afraid of responsibility or creative challenges,
  • has a keen eye for detail and a good sense of taste,
  • has relevant knowledge and experience working in an à la carte restaurant kitchen,
  • has a strong work ethic, is a team player, and is able to remain calm and professional under pressure.
